The Logistics Department is entrusted with the responsibility of facilitating the entire process of service is maintained and developed in accordance with the goals of the business at an economical cost.
The department is responsible for integration of several departments including material handling, warehousing information, transportation, packaging and inventory within TP Matrix.
The Repairs Department is responsible for carrying out 1,500 repairs each month and has been recognised by manufacturers for the expertise of our engineers in providing feedback on repairs. The repairs team have often found common reoccurring faults on certain models.
This information is analysed and reported to manufacturers. This pro-active approach has resulted in the problems being solved numerous times for manufacturers.
The TP Matrix Projector Workshop is fully equipped to undertake all services. Using only the latest technology to ensure that projectors serviced are repaired or cleaned with optimum performance. A specially built ‘clean room’ enables the use of a sophisticated extraction system.
This allows engineers to “blow clean” projector lenses and optical parts that are contaminated. All the projectors that arrive at TP Matrix are SOAK and PAT tested to ensure that all faults are accounted for.
